CORPORATE CONFLICT RESOLUTION STRATEGIST

Conflict Resolution Strategist
How conflict is resolved determines the wellness culture of a workplace. Concerns stemming from issues such as bullying, racism, burnout, and unfair treatment create conflict and yield high turnover, absenteeism, medical leave claims, disgruntled employees, and lawsuits. The results can lead to anything from low productivity and morale (increased costs) to piling legal issues (increased liabilities) - both reduce internal or external brand reputation. Yet, the organization's culture is not a factor that employers consider until the damage is almost irreparable.
Types of conflict that create unhealthy work cultures include:
- Bullying/abuse
- DEIB concerns
- Racism & discrimination
- Retaliation
- Unfair treatment
- Office politics
- Burnout
