Project Manager
Project managers provide the necessary strategies to implement solutions for improvement. These strategies include developing a project plan; gathering requirements; submitting deliverables; meeting milestones; completing testing; and going live with a successful implementation. Since this process incorporates effective communication, the project manager must also be skilled in conflict resolution when there is a dispute between teams to support each internal stakeholder's needs.
